The South African Spine Society Congress will be held from 22 – 24 May 2025 at the Century City Conference Centre, Cape Town,

The Organising Committee would like to invite the submission of abstracts for the SASS Congress 2025.

Presentation formats available include:

• Platform Presentation (10 minutes)
• Flash Presentation (5 minutes)
• e-Poster Display (will be displayed electronically)

Authors are requested to indicate their preference but should note that the final decision lies with the Scientific Committee.

Acceptance

Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee who reserve the right to accept and allocate abstracts for either poster, Flash or Oral presentation.

All presenters of accepted abstracts must be registered as Congress delegates.

Authors will be notified by 31 March 2025 whether their submission has been accepted.

Judging and scoring of the abstracts

Abstracts will be judged with prizes for the best submissions.
