Terms & Conditions 

  1. Membership fees should be fully paid-up before registering for the Annual Congress
  2. Members whose membership fees are in arrears will not qualify for the members discount when registering for the annual Congress
  3. Arrear membership fees should be paid before registering for the 2027 SASS Congress
  4. Prospective members who are conditionally approved by Exco may qualify for the members discount when registering for the annual congress
  5. It is a condition of continued membership that Members have to attend at least one (1) annual scientific meeting/congress of the Society every two (2) years
  6. Emeritus, Honorary & Life Members shall not pay registration fees to attend scientific meetings
